The room was pretty, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our experience. All 3 whirlpools have been broken for over a month. Dining staff and concierges were rude. As other reviewers have mentioned, for some reason cab drivers can't find the place. Despite being armed with a map and a Beijing-resident Mandarin-speaking friend, the first two cabs I tried declined even to try to find it, and the third had to be navigated in on my cellphone by the hotel reception.
