- lack of knowledge of any other language than Chinese (except for one receptioniste)
- long distance from room to reception and restaurants
- unlike the suggestion made on the hotel's internet site, the distance to the airport must be more than 25 km as it takes approx. 50-60 minutes to get there
- one English spoken TV channel, one French spoken TV channel, 63 Chinese spoken TV channels....
- personal experience with the service was bad as can be: (1) to avoid mistakes I ordered my room service dinner personally, in the restaurant; nevertheless the meal served was incomplete; (2) at the check-in the receptioniste told me breakfast was served as from 6 am. I had to leave at 6.30, arrived in the restaurant at 6.10 and was notified by two waiters that it would not open before 6.30. The morning receptioniste even said it would not open before 7 am. Communication.....?;
