It is as the pictures depict. We had deluxe rooms #1 and #2. Both were lovely with tall ceilings, comfy beds, very nice decor, large bathrooms with nice toiletries supplied (although the bottles were in Chinese and it took some time to decipher which bottles were which - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap, etc.). This is a very nice boutique courtyard hotel located in the city center of Beijing. Even though the building itself is brand new , the street and its trees are old and the decoration of the rooms reminds of ancient times. There's a subway just around the corner and the main shopping street and forbidden city are in walking distance.... more
