Good location which is walking distance to China World Mall, The Place and IFC. Excellent staffs especially Front Desk's Tina,Nelly, Crystal and Housekeeping Della at 9th floor who are always cheerful and helpful.

It feels like a home not a hotel. Operations Manager Kitty is so helpful. Breakfast is always great. It's a 5-star service. They even offer free bike rental to guests. Location is perfect as its in CBD. They have free shuttle srevices to take you to malls and markets.
