We booked last minute after our flight was delayed. The staff are friendly, but really speak very minimal english. The rooms are o.k. in size, but the bed was extremely hard! Difficult to sleep more then 2-3 hours at a time even if your tired. I could hear loud water running through pipes all night, which made be grateful for... more

As a guest in Beijing my suppliers booked me into the Golden Phoenix Hotel due to it's proximity to the new Terminal 3 at Beijing airport and the new Exhibition centre. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable enough, except the bed could have offered more cushioning, but the staff do not speak must English at all, in fact most speak... more
