The hostel is very quirky, located in a traditional area and close to a metro station. The staff are really helpful and friendly, giving us various directions. They also cooked a very tasty homecooked meal and a free, simple but nice breakfast is included in the price. A very enjoyable stay!

Nice hostel close to the xisi tube station, which has quick access to the metro lines for the forbidden city and other popular sightseeing spots. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the family meal they put on for a small fee every Wednesday is beautiful food.

The main thing we came away saying was how helpful the staff were - they speak good english and are happy to recommend attractions and restaurants and organise tours. Stayed here in the cold of February and whilst the dorm ion was fine it took 2 days of constant electric heater to get the room anywhere near a comfortable temperature.
