Rooms were dirty and rundown. Very little English was spoken. Staff generally unhelpful. Several of our group had to change rooms as they were unusable. Needed a very good clean and maintenance. . Our shower did not drain. Breakfast was only Chinese and the hot food was cold. Good location but very disappointing.

Good hotel in 20 minutes from the Forbidden city. Good price for room. Very clean. Mostly chineese dishes at breakfast, strange juice made of powder. Poor knowledge of English among the staff - very difficult to communicate!

Large hotel 2 minutes walk from Dongsi subway station, and 15 minutes walk from Wangfujing. Pretty good and clean hotel. The suite is extremely spacious. And the location is great compare to the price. The only problem is the dinning service. The hotel seems don't know that the napkin should be supplied when you have dinne there, instead, they ask you to buy napkin(tissue actually).
