Apart from one very helpful Indonesian staff member and one German staff member, both very young and enthusiastic, the rest of the staff are disinterested, untrained and simply don't care. “Nice Hotel bad location”

I used to saty in this hotel during my company's annuel party. We got a very good price because of the low season. The Hotel is 4* and quite clean. “Nice stay”

The service at the reception counter was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The location was ok, but a bit far from Sanlitun...not much around this area. An excellent hotel if you are on a business trip and need a quiet place to sleep.

“Valuable to stay”

Room is spacious(Junior Suite). Breakfast is good. Staffs are nice and helpful. Although the location is far from the MTR, it is easy to get the taxi by the help of the concierge. Hotel surrounding is quiet, the bed is comfortable, we have a nice sleep during the stay.
