The Best Western Premier Beijing was recommended by our travel company, upon checking the reviews, we very nearly changed the booking - but we are so glad we stuck with it. We arrived at 8am and were pleased to have the room ready as soon as we arrived. The good sized room, bed and bathroom were very comfortable - just... More

The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast has a good selection. Free internet access is available in the rooms if you have a laptop. The reception staff generally answered any queries we had although they wern't particularly friendly. We stayed in this hotel for stoppovers either side of our trip into Mongolia which was fine but... More

Bad location with no shops or taxi stops closeby. Presumably a four star hotel but had its airconditioning switched off!!!Was told that hotel policy was to start the A/C plant only in June. With 28-30 degree c outside, this was not funny. Had to get two pedestal fans, but with windows not opening beyond six inches, this provided hardly any... More

The Best Western Premier definitely exceeded our standards for Asian hotels. We have traveled throughout Asia staying in similarily rated (3-4 star) hotels and this by far was the best. You get a great value for your money. We stayed there for three nights in king bed room with included breakfast. The room was great, well kept, clean and was... More

Our group of relatives stayed in 6 rooms of the hotel: 2 nights on arrival in Beijing and another 2 nights before leaving Beijing. The first 2 nights were bad. Although our tour was booked well in advance, the hotel did not manage room allocation well: our 6 rooms were spread over 5 floors! In view of this, we were... More

Stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend as part of a tour group. This Best Western is NOT a "western" hotel by any standards. First of all, everything you read below about the beds are true. If you want a preview of what they're like, take the mattress off of your bed, put a sheet on the box spring and jump on...they're... More

If you are not used to hard Asian beds you should either bring a foam mattress cover or choose another hotel. I had to stack up 4 comforters under my sheets to get to sleep. It is not a bad hotel otherwise but is a long way from most tourist sites. Most of the people staying there are on tours. More

At first glance the hotel seemed fine, though it is a taxi ride to anything. The bed's firmness, however, falls between concrete and dirt. I got about 2 hours sleep using the blanket as a cushion and checked out (to the Holiday Inn downtown) after 1 night. The floor is also quite dirty. The good breakfast, free internet, and cheap... We have had a good experience with our stay in the Premier Best Western Beijing. The Full Breakfast was great except the missing of Herb Tea/Or Decaff coffee. We couldn't get HerbTea free of charge, even it's a Full breakfast deal (all included). In most Hotels worldwide (also Best Western Hotels), you may enjoy HerbTea or/& Decaff coffee. Also we... More

This hotel was quite comfortable with clean rooms, good service and great breakfasts. Unfortunately it is in a very poor location at least a 30 min taxi ride (off peak) to the tourist areas and city centre. For this reason I would not recommend a stay at this hotel if you are a tourist given that Beijing is so large... More
