a good place to start your trip through beijing. we stayed there for 5 nights. perfect situated for a reasonable price. breakfast was not a highlight and stuff was in the beginning not really friendly, though we had a great time. rooms were clean, backyard must be great in summer.

We stayed in the West Yard for five nights in the Family room. The room itself was big and spacious, but quite stuffy and could use another window at least. Since this is a courtyard hotel, our kids spent a lot of time in the courtyard, especially with the fish and parrots. Staff was very friendly.
