Great hotel although the location is not the best. On top of Kowloon Airport Express station and the Elements Mall. Also linked to MTR station. Great city retreat. Pool on the 76th floor with a great spa and gym. Excellent staff, very good breakfast buffet, very funky and relaxed atmosphere. more

The most modern hotel I have ever seen. Electronics, metal, industrial. Upgraded as a platinum to a suite, wonderful design elements, full sized bliss products. Given 6pm checkout without a fuss. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the service was impeccable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel provides a one way free shuttle to several stops in Kowloon. I arrived at the W Hong Kong by train from the airport - it's in the same building as the station, just two floors up, together with the brand new Elements shopping mall. The MRT station is also in-house, so transport-wise, the W gets two thumbs up. The lobby on 6th floor is, well, nothing like a usual hotel lobby.... more
