The hotel location is good with close access to main markets and easy transport. Waiting area is good and the staff is helpful..they let me study in the waiting area till very late at night. However construction work was going on next to the hotel causing a loud continuous noise till 6pm everyday. Also the hotel WiFi doesn't work at certain locations inside the room...avoid room 601 as WiFi doesn't really work there.

Good: Staffs are good and helpful. Sufficient if you are just looking for a place to sleep & shower. The only great thing about this place is near to Langham place, and that also means near to MTR and many other tourist spots like ladies market, sneaker street, etc. Bad: The deco in overall is pretty old and things like the mirror has some rusty spots, windows roller have some scratches & bathroom floor tiles are partly missing which is not much of big problem if can endure a little. Right in front of the hotel has no restaurants or food shops, you need to walk across the other streets for foods. The entrance at mid night is pretty scary since it's not a very lively area so better get back hotel earlier. There are constructions going on during day time so it's really noisy like the construction is happening right outside the window. One small thing about the TV, it has limited channels (like 6) and most of the channels have bad signal/antenna so I would prefer not to turn on. Summary: In short, it's just enough if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower, and a place that is near to MTR. If you are traveling outside most of the time, then you may consider this. Otherwise, do consider other option

The room can be small, but still has enough space for you not to have to put your bags on the bed. The shower has a separate section, unlike most Hong Kong budget hotels where the shower is a few steps away only from the toilet. It's very easy to locate and is not far from airport bus drop-off and pick-up points. Staff was nice and very helpful to us. I recommend this hotel for those who want to stay near MTR stations and the Ladies' Market.

A good budget hotel..don't except much from here. They have free break fast, for non-vegetarian all okay but for vegetarians only bread butter/peanut butter, coffee and juice. And rooms are too small. Staff is good and will help you the best way they can.

small room even the bathroom. cant even totally move when bathing. But if youre always outside i think this is a good choice for it is cheap. For the price, the space is acceptable. It has free simple breakfast(boiled egg, coffee/tea, bread)

Yes, the room was small, but adequate. Bathroom shower was very small (maybe 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 feet. Stayed there 8 day, and enjoyed the simple breakfast, every morning at restaurant downstairs. I kinda miss the place! :)

Good value for money hotel located in Mong Kok. Was very easy to get from the airport to mong kok station using the MTR, the hotel was about a 5 minute walk to mong kok station. A few meters up the road was a local produce market which was awesome to see them setting up in the mornings and how busy they got in the afternoon. A big 14 story shopping mall is just around the corner from the hotel too. Walking distance to the ladies markets and temple street night markets. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could do with an update but overall was happy with the stay. Would recommend if you're looking for a cheap hotel in the heart of mong kok.

The first good thing was that an airport transfer company brought us there - otherwise, it is difficult to find. The front of the house and entrance space including lift are looking nice - but the room was incredibly worn down. It is a real shame to offer rooms with broken walls and torn-off wall paper - not talking about the small dimensions of the room. Reception was friendly but not helpful to deal with our complaints. As a very positive aspect the cleaners should be mentioned - they cleaned flawless and refilled regularly all used items in the bathroom. The proximity to the subway station is another plus. But we cannot recommend this hotel until rooms were refurbished.

The rooms are small as everywhere. But the maintenance is very bad (see pictures attached). I didn't feel well here. It's a depressive room. The good thing is the location and the friendly staff. But I have been to better places in Hong Kong island central for the same price or lower.

Plus: - close to MTR - cozy small size hotel (like general hotel in HK) Minus: - WiFi is absolutely need to be improved - the hospitality of the staff. They are not bad, however they are so flat and not too kind.
