Modern rooms with very comfortable deluxe bed, brand new boutique hotel smack right in the city centre. Easy access to Central / Sheung Wan area, coupled with MRT station and few convenience stores down the road. Would definitely recommend to friends and revisit this place again! Staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, very accommodating!!

I left my jewelry case behind and the staff immediately emailed me and it was mailed to me within days as requested, nothing missing. Loved the spacious room and location. We were able to walk most places. The only concern was the taxi could not find it when we arrived at night. Very safe.

Modern rooms with nice big beds, big bathrooms, clean, good value. Good location 2 minute walk to the MTR. It feels like an apartment building rather than a hotel. No lobby to speak of. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Rooms were quiet. Free wifi and minibar.

The rooms were very well layed out and utilized the space in a great way. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. The breakfast was nice and mixed western and eastern food options. The gym and pool were a delight for a small hotel. The feel of the hotel was a small boutique design hotel. Location was great.

Tiny lobby, hotel doesn't feel like a hotel - more like an apt building; service first rate; breakfast simple and solid; great location if you like Soho/Sheun Wan/Central area, great walks; room was small but comfortable - all you need.

Walking to Sheung Wan Station takes less than 5 minutes. Central station is around 10-15 minutes. Breakfast isn't the best, but easy access to famous restaurants or deli (九記牛腩，鏞記，泰昌餅舖，蘭芳園). After changing from our overseas booked hotel in Central Hong Kong which put us in a smoking room even though we booked non-smoking, the Mercer was a delightful surprse - clean, modern, spacious, good location. And with breakfast and mini bar included, was an excellent deal. Many congrats to the Mercer for friendly service, clean rooms and good pricing.
