The best thing about the Hotel is that it is located right next to the subway station (North Point). There is also a Bus depot in front of the Hotel which has regular Direct Airport Bus service starting very early in the morning. The Hotel has a Restaurant and the breakfast served was scrumptious. I have stayed in Ibis this April. Could not say much about the staff, as I was not contacting them exept the check in and check out, as the reception is on the first floor, so if you need nothing from them you do not stop at the first floor, as you can catch the lift from the ground floor.... more
