I've stayed in this hotel before, which is why I chose it again. Generally satisfied all round, the reception is very friendly, the business lounge very cosy, and the location is superb, also sleep quality excellent. Good hotel for our family with 4 kids. We had two rooms adjoining with interconnecting door on the executive floor. Buffet breakfast was great and had a big selection. Having stayed at other Novotel hotels in HKG, I found this to be further away from the MTR than I had hoped. The rooms were definitely smaller that Citygate, but the staff were always so very helpful. More
