The room was amazing with a breath taking view. Employees from the time we arrived until the day we departed have been so polite, helpful and friendly. We where escorted to our room and the nice lady did not hurry and took her time to answer all our questions. We really felt special.

MO hospitality never fails to be top notch, and this visit was no exception. My trip to HK was a real success, largely due to the staff of the hotel anticipating and helping to really make this not just a great but a very memorable stay. I would highly recommend the hotel whether on business or for pleasure.

The mandarin group is a market leader but this place is still off the chart. Service from the moment you step in is flawless. Captains bar on ground floor great - and have a beer in a chilled pewter mug. Seems to taste better. Highly recommend but as expected such an experience naturally comes with a price tag
