The location is unbeatable with access to Pacific Place and the Admiralty area as well as the MTR station which allows easy movement. Facilities are worned out and bathrooms are small for HKG 5 star standards. Lounge service is great. Nice pool area. Breakfast in the main room below par.

The Conrad is a fine hotel. Good location, nice breakfast. Room was not massive, but hey - it's Hong Kong. The closeness to Admiralty Metro is appreciated. Just can't give it five, because there wasn't a wow factor. Does the job.

loved the conrad , expensive , but worth it. attentive staff, ever ready to help. loved walking to the shops nearby. room was small, but comfortable. so each to travel by the public transport.wish we could afford to stay longer. the lovely breakfast sustained us till the evening.

The Conrad is a great choice, particularly for business. It's a plush, grand place with very nice rooms, though is let down somewhat by the impersonal service (it is a BIG hotel).
