Would have given 3 stars, but price was terrific. Check in was smooth. Had some mould in first room, so they moved me quickly. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I upgraded the reservation to the Harbor Floor (Internet, Breakfast in a very nice room with view, complimentary cocktail hour). This is a very nice hotel with reasonable rates. In price/performance ratio it is excellent. Rooms are a bit small for two but for a single this is good.

The place is great, courteous staff and efficient service. It is clean, has good transportation facilities , organisation is flawless. The food too is very good and the location is fantastic. Close to the night market and the amenities are of premium nature. A must visit...

This is one of my favourite hotels in Hong Kong: well positioned (Hung Hom station is connected to the hotel), with a very good price/quality ratio, with a confortable shuttle service to TST and to Airport. Rooms are slightly bigger than HK average and fitness center, with large swimming pool, is a plus-point for me. I will stay there again

Its located a bit out of the way but they offer shuttle to the center of the action and from there you are a stone throw to the Subway and Star Ferry and hundreds of restaurants.. This is a mediocre hotel, and there are better options nearby (e.g. Intercontinental). The location is very good, with good access to the metro. The suites are very roomy and good for families, although a little old and tatty.
