Although we booked through a travel agent, when we arrived we were give the opportunity to upgrade to the Exec floor for £80 for the week. Excellent hotel, I can't say this enough, I highly recommend this place. Previous to arrival we were told of an excellent service, if you buy an octopus card from the airport you can take the Airport Express to the Kowloon station, then hop on the free K6 bus that takes you right to the front of the hotel, excellent service... more

I booked the hotel room in January but when I came to stay in July 2008 they were renovating levels 3-7. So they gave me an upgraded room on level 15. It was a nicer room. The buffet breakfast (Asian and Western food) was great. The people in the restaurant, the concierge, and the assistant manager were nice and helpful.... more

The Metropark hotel Kowloon is a great hotel for the money. the rooms are large with a full bathroom, dressing table, TV and fridge. there are 2 supermarkets near the hotel one is directly across the road and the other is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel towards Mong Kok MTR station. these sell a wide range of foods... more

A large hotel in run down part of city. We found like other reviewers that the room was cold with very firm beds, desk staff unfriendly, restaurant overpriced with poor service, and outlook shabby. On plus side: rates were better than many, the pool was great, shuttle bus was very useful, and overall efficiency was good. more

Metropark kowloon is a clean business hotel with friendly staff. We booked a club room on the 16th floor. The package included breakfast and an afternoon drink in the clublounge. I booked and stayed in an executive room after reading the various reviews posted by previous traveller...and quite frankly i was quite satisfied with the room allocated...( on the 17th floor )...room was quite large - though the storage was quite limited- room was very clean.
