Have stayed at Evergreen several times. It is not the Ritz but it is not trying to be. I ask to see the room as there is variability in size a bit. It is a great place to stay and close to everything. Price is very fair and staff is helpful but not especially bi lingual. Once when going out... more

The hotel’s website directions from the airport are perfect – take the bus. The bus stop to return to the airport is two blocks from the hotel which is two blocks from Nathan Road; the metro is nearby as is the Temple Night Market. The walk to the Starr Ferry Terminal is about 15 minutes. While the location is a... more

We arrived at the hotel and received service promptly. Also appreciated, on their website, it tells you were to go in the airport for a shuttle ride directly to hotel. Our room was very small without windows and had a strong odor. When we asked to change rooms, they instantly helped us even though our first room was in the... more

Was clean, cheap and in a good location. Easy to get to, close to food, markets and Underground train. Breakfast was ok, they had the bare essentials in European food but it filled you up. It was one of the better parts of our stay in Hong Kong and we would stay there again. more

We booked two rooms for our family of five, and I was very clear in the booking how many of us there are. Even though breakfast is included, they still charged me extra for my youngest daughter who ate a handful of cornflakes and drank a sip of milk. It wasn't much extra, but it annoyed me. The location is... more

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The staff was very helpfull. The hotel was old but nice and clean. It has a nice location, near the harbour and near the subway. The breakfast was not so good for the european taste, but it was okay. The hotel had free internet in a room with 4 computers. more

We'd definitely stay in this hotel again. The location is just great--two blocks away from the Jordan MTR; smack in the middle of good, cheap restaurants; Temple market just on the next street; right next door to a good department store (Wing-On); street well lighted and safe even late at night, and quiet enough at all times (our room was... more

Evergreen is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Although it is a really small hotel, their service is excellent! The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. Their room is a little small, but compared to other hotels, Evergreen is already ok. The room includes a small ref, a small cabinet, hair dryer, and bath tub. The... more

My husband and myself have stayed at the Evergreen Hotel at least 10 times all together. We keep going back as the staff are friendly, location is great, rooms are small but clean and the Temple Street Market is one street away. As soon as we walk in for breakfast which has a good selection of food the staff just... more
