I'd stayed for 3 weeks in unit #D on an upper floor with a nice city view. I didn't experience any "bug" problem.
I found the apartment to be nicely decorated, very clean and quite functional. Though the bedroom is small, the living room and bathroom are reasonably spacious (in HK standard, especially in TST area). The monthly rent (~HK$16k) was equivalent to less than 2 weeks worth of stay in a 3-star TST hotel. So I find it to be a good value, even though I'd only stayed for 3 weeks and paid one month's rent.
The cons were that its heating system was not sufficient; it can get quite chilly in the (December) evenings, and the blankets they provided were flimsy. They got me a small portable heater, which was very noisy and didn't help much. I had to buy an extra blanket myself. They also did not provide any re-fill of toilet paper supply, which seems to nickel-n-dime for a "luxury" serviced apartment.
