Clean and make sure request for high and non smoking floor. Foreign guests to get use to swarm of guests at lobby and elevators. Sometimes crowded and rowdy at entertainment center. Bed and bath is comfy.

I had a very comfortable and well equipped room in this very grand hotel. Price seemed pretty reasonable. What was not so great was the 'normal' restaurant. Stayed here one night in July on a stopover. As soon as the receptionist saw we were not Chinese they did their best to avoid serving us. However the room, when we eventually got to it was superb. A bit expensive. We had a bit of a winge to the manager and he was most helpful. Consierge was good too.

The lobby looks quite grand and the 8-9 year old hotel is undergoing renovation in phases. The front desk gave me a defective room key and after finally entering the room with the working key, I realised I probably got the pre-renovated room.
