October,2007 Just came back from Tibet, Stayed in Brahamptura Hotel. Expensive,but worth it. Rooms are spacious, hot shower available, good service.Far away from all city noise. Buffet breakfast very good,included in room price. Recommended, the only way to stay ,if you can afford it. Maria more

We stayed 4 nights in this excellent comfortable Hotel. The reception greeting was great with music and local singers. We learnd later that this Hotel was the only in the world housing a museum. Stayed at this lovely establishment May 22-25, 2007. Have never received such as greeting as upon entering the hotel---a gauntlet of musicians and dancing girls from the front door to the registration desk!
