If you're looking for a place to stay in Bali that offers total relaxation in a luxurious but unpretentious setting, then I can't recommend Tamu Seseh enough. The location is delightful, the villas beautifully designed, and the staff second to none. The emphasis here is on doing not very much at all, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want... more

We (2A; 2 Kids) stayed 10 nights at these villas - we bought 2 separate packages on E-Bay which averaged out at AUD 200 a night which was good value for our 2 bedroom villa. On the Plus side: • Quiet, peaceful location with a superb view. • Villa 2 – the best of the 4 options ( the 1b/r... more

Spent 4 nights in Villa 1. In a nutshell it was a fabulous secluded getaway. We bid for the property on ebay so got it for $AUD100/night, including transfers, excluding breakfast. Villa 1 was initially a little disappointing- I guess because we had looked on the website and expected rice paddy views; we had a "jungle". However, we grew to... more

The most fantastic villas, amazing staff and fantastic value for money when you consider how expensive some lesser quality villas are in Bali. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed and did not want to leave. The best part is that it is set well away from Kuta and you really feel that you are surrounded by... more

We stayed here for 3 nights in November 2008 with the Romance package. It was a great way to start our Bali vacation celebrating our 20th year anniversary. Upon arrival, got shown to our wonderful private villa, had a massage in our villa, a scrumptious Balinese chicken dinner along with candles, flowers etc... We loved the remoteness and real "Bali"... more

I have been to Bali many, many times, and I have stayed at many of the top end hotels, including The Legian in Seminyak and The Chedi Club in Ubud. Whilst both of these hotels are very very good, you are very conscious that you are in a formal hotel environment. On this trip to Bali, I was traveling with... more

We stayed at Tamu Seseh as part of a group of 9. We had the whole complex to ourselves and had a great time. It is away from the hustle and bustle and is about 20 mins from Seminyak. The staff were excellent and can get what ever you would like. The beef Rendang is great. more

We stayed at Villa Tamu Seseh as a family group in April 2008 for 5 nights. We stayed in Villa 2 - a 2 bedroom villa with swimming pool, which was in our opinion the best in the 4 villa establishment. Set in the rice paddies of a small seaside village, the location could not have been more spectacular with... more
