Bad located. Poor house-keeping, no new towels in the morning. Too many times i heard: "sorry sir, we dont have it anymore. Maybe tomorrow ok?". We orderd this and they give us that. The elevator is a disaster, it takes me 8 min. to come down from the 28th floor. Finally we left the hotel 5 days earlier.

Our room was upgraded to super deluxe. 3days 2 nights stay was superb. Location is good , mangga dua square & ict mall is within reach. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good. Will stay here again in our next visit to jakarta.
