The hotel staff are very courteous and friendly and hotel is beautiful. The location is good however there is not very much within walking distance, but I think the same could be true for just about any hotel in Jakarta. Security is excellent. I spent an Easter break here with a friend and had an absolutely fabulous stay. I could not have asked for more on this trip.
