This hotel was just fine, and not a good hotel.
Room and check-in were good, however, concierge was poor, I was not able to believe that this was 4-star hotel.
It was first time for me to stay in front of concierge and wait for staffs, and the staffs were not professional.
As I need to go to airport at night, I ask a silver-bird taxi before check-out. At night, I went back to hotel and take the taxi finally. The taxi driver asked where my destination is, and whether I was staying that hotel or not. At first, I was uncomfortable, however, I was able to understand why he asked those questions. He said that hotel said I need to go to airport and need to come back to hotel, however, there is not anyone in that room, therefore, this reservation should be cancelled.
I really can't understand how concierge of 4-star hotel can't speak English and keep me waiting in front of desk. more
