The room needs to refurbish, pest control maybe required, the equipment need to be changed and most important the Air-conditioner unit need repair as it make extremely loud noises. I have stayed at the Kristal several times as it is near where I work. It is near the American School and (once you leave the zoo on the street) pretty tranquil.
