This was a very nice hotel contemporary and modern. The staff are very friendly, helpful and wear a modern causal orange uniform that adds a laid back atmosphere to the place. They offer a reflexology service and a gym that are strongly reccomended. Wifi internet if Free, and the food is not ala carte but rather quality fresh local food.... more

'Average' is the best way to describe this place. You prettty much get what you expect with no surprises although the we found the staff fairly brusque and not particularly well versed in customer service. Good points: - well-equipped fitness centre - only about 10mins drive to Sudirman - breakfast not included in price - free wifi (reaches about 12kbps - not bad for jakarta) - juice bar - bath in the bathroom - toothbrush provided - guest-friendly - good mattresses - good choice of TV channels - price Bad points - a little bit... more

The exterior of the hotel is all painted in Orange. Big lobby and its linked to the shopping mall. There is a wide spread of food for breakfast and also dinner. But the food is not as tasty. This is a very nice place to stay. The whole hotel has been conceived with orange in mind. It is something between an Ibis and a Novotel, but more refreshing as I had never been in a Hotel from this small chain. Internet was slow and sometimes did not work at all (even when I went down to the reception),... more

i was in this hotel for 4 times within 3 months.. i like this hotel because it is nice, simple and cheap. friendlhy staff, delicous foods. stratergic location, only 10-15 min to the malls.. nice place..recommended to stay here... nice aroma theraphy candle inside the room. sweet and nice... more

Stayed at HarrisTebet for a short vacation. Staff is ok, average i must say, but the main reason i stay here because the location is good (south jakarta) near to city centre as well. Really liked the room, bed is comfy and they have aromatherapy kit in room. Room is nicely designed for a hotel with this rate, wouldnt use... more
