Location can't be beat. Set back from the road a little it's a short walk or taxi ride to most places you will want to go to in Yogyakarta. There are actually 2 Mutiara Hotels located in Malioboro. You should get the newer one or, some say, the second/south one. They are only separated by one building. Staff service was friendly. Checked in with no hassle. Room quality, good. Spacious and with a tub in the bathroom. But elevator needs renovation. Breakfast was quite nice, but need more variety.... More
