We stayed at super deluxe, with tiny and smelly bathroom. Room is not clean, food is average. They have lots of birds in the garden. There are outdoor workout facility, a little distant away from our room. Small unheated swimming pool near the cafe. Overpriced in my opinion.

We stayed one night on the way from Lake Toba to Medan which is recommended due the unpleasant traffic conditions. The hill hotel is a new hotel because even the tour guide and locals there did not know the place. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my boyfriend and his family. We booked rooms on the ground floor, closest to the lobby. The hotel was very far from the airport (around 3 hours of twisting mountain road) which was a pain as the driving is crazy! You are exhausted by the time you get to the hotel.... More
