Since our last visit five years ago, the Sison family who runs this place has privatized this once lovely, remote beach and use it for their exclusive financial advantage. They have build a huge hotel (a law suit against them is pending as they apparently ignored local rules and build the hotel twice as high as they are allowed to)... more

I love this hotel and I love its location. We stayed on the fourth (top) floor of the "cement" building this year. The private cottage right on the beach last year was nice, but this was nice too, with a fantastic view of the ocean and mountains from the terrace outside our room.
