PROS: Very friendly and helpful staff & owner (leaseholder). Fantastic views, esp. from Penthouse rooms with large terrace, big fridge, safe & DVD/Sat TV. Australian owner is good fun, bought us a couple of beers, and also let us use his kayak for free (usually hire fee applies). Small open air bar with free wireless internet. Just got back from staying at campbells. My first time there. Was referred by a friend and was not dissapointed. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in we were treated like family by the friendly staff, welcome beer provided and the girls could not be more helpful. I have stayed at Campbells off and on since the 90's, it recently change hands (about 4 years ago) to an Aussie who is quite nice and does not mind a beer to two.
