We agree with the last reviewer -- the place has gone so downhill. We were here three years ago & it was fabulous -- quiet, peaceful, beautiful -- in short, perfect! Yes - Amanpulo lives up to it's reputation. The island is truly gorgeous with one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Stayed 5 days in the beach villa during the chinese new year holiday, and the resort arranged a superb buffer dinner, with FIREWORK and bonfires, on the beach.
