It was about $100 per night (which in the Philippines should get you a 5 star luxury hotel), but this is a cheap building with little to no finishing work. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located with access to the main shopping area of Puerto Princesa possible on foot. The rooms are simple but clean and all amenities did work. The reception staff is not very forthcoming and rather surly.
