Hotel can easily be located, hotel has an access door at the back where you can take the tricycle going to the D' mall and D' Talipapa and an entrance in front of the White beach. Service is great, offers complimentary breakfast. Wifi inside room can sometimes be challenging. Hotel has several hammocks and beach chairs which is superb.

Awesome location in station 1. Breakfast was average served by a cold/ uninterested/ unsmiling woman. Room 112 was a let down. Small sized with a nasty super loud A/C that woke us up a few times throughout our 3 night stay. Will not stay here again if I had a choice.

Ideally situated close to Station 1 and just a stroll away from the White Beach, a tranquil and refreshing atmosphere; the best thing about residencia is its pristine beachfront. you have a whole spread of white sand and peaceful area. there are two nice open-air relaxing huts and a couple of wooden swings.
