I have been to seabird before, sometime during the summer of 2007 and considering the price and the perks of the location, I decided to go there again last September. I am quite glad that they have updated their rooms. I have booked myself the 1 bedroom (king) suite, though I'm not completely sure if it is their best room,... more

Honestly, I would probably recommend this motel to anyone who is traveling on a budget with a family or a few friends. The way this motel is set up is great for anyone that wants to be close to the beach and not spend too much money since you aren't really going to stay in the room most of the... more

Why do people choose to stay at somewhere cheap then expect five star luxury? Seabird does exactly what it says on the tin!! Our room was large, very clean, air conditioning worked, cheap and well stocked mini bar, towels changed daily, 30m's from the beach (ideal for popping back for the loo or to get out of the sun), friendly... more

My friends booked at this place because it was cheap and they complained all the way.... the sheets were stained, faucets were nasty, air conditioning was loud and you have to walk down a creepy alley to get there. It is central in location. I found it a bit creepy and dirty, but if you still choose to go there... more

I would like to comment on this review and state that the room this guest stayed in for $40/night was a standard fan room. The resort has since upgraded all its former fan rooms to deluxe air conditioned rooms with private bath and shower. Although the guest who wrote this was being honest about the communal bathroom at the end...

Just returned from a 4-day vacation. This place is ideal for families, friends. I'd recommend this hotel during peak season (when all other restos are full and you cannot find a place to dine-in)most sepcially because they have an in-house resto which have huge servings. And their breakfast comes with fruits :) This place is just behind red coconut. When... more

I am a balik-bayan and stayed at thishotel twice during the months of January and February 2008. We brought some friends with us and they were all praise with the service, accomodation and the flexibility of the staff to accomodate guest's reasonable requests. location was perfect, near the D'mall and other night establishments but far enough not to hear the... more

Seabird is very affordable, very nice , clean and friendly and helpful staff. I would strongly recommend it if you just want a place to sleep and spend your daytime frolicking in the beach (which is really what you would want to do in Boracay). Very close to the nightlife and D' Mall,It is located just behind Red Coconut. The short... more

The hotel itself is not beach front, but VERY close to the beach,D'mall and is located between boat station 1 &2.So,location was just perfect. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds, sheets were changed every 2nd day, fresh towels were given daily and the rooms were also cleaned daily.Don't expect luxury, but what they offer is more than enough. Also, the breakfast was... more
