First time visitor to southeast Asia and Boracay. My girlfriend and I had reservations at a small inn and we looked at other properties with a pool while walking the beach. Beginning of November so it was not that crowded. I asked at all of the hotels we visited if there was a discount, which there was, asked to see... more

I stayed at the Seraph Hotel for one night in May 2009. The location is good but you can stay just about anywhere in Boracay and not be too far from the beach. I traveled throughout Southeast Asia for the last 2 months and this was the most expensive hotel i stayed at but unfortunately it was far from my... more

My family spent 4 days here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and courteous. Pool is great and big and there is always a lifeguard on the lookout. What we did not like though, is the dinner buffet either korean (serves T-Th-S) or mongolian (with very limited sauces is served M-W-F). If you are a first timer here,... more

I was given a chance to stay in this hotel. For a while i was quite hesitant considering all the negative reviews i received from this website. But all my doubts was gone after staying here for 4 days and 3 nights. They've got the biggest and largest pool in Boracay. And the rooms are newly renovated. Nice bath thub,... more

If you are non-Korean avoid staying at this hotel. Whilst the location is perfect and the local staff are very friendly the Korean management attitude sucks! We were we given old beach towels that were shredded and when there were insufficient beach chairs we were told that priority is given to Korean guests. Who just so happened to have lovely... more

the room are spacious. but some of the "writings on the walls" are korean writings which we cannot understand. the staffs were friendly, the food was good though. as a filipino, if you are a korean, i recommend this hotel. if you are not a korean, don't stay there. more

I agree with the other reviewers that this hotel is below par for the price. The room was extremely, poorly lit. Our shower was terrible. It is old and nearly dark! At one point when I was taking a shower, there was a mere trickle of water! I was quite sandy and half way through showering when this happened! So,... more

Stayed here March 2005, originally we were at the Regency but had to stay here for the last 2 days as the Regency was fully booked. a group of us stayed in ground floor apartments. Although the hotel is supposed to be beach front, i would say the the entrance to the resort is beachfront but the hotel itself is... more

Hotel Seraph ranks as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! For starters, their shower had a weird design, such that there is a protruding concrete seat on the edge. Since there was no floor mats, my friend slipped and hit his head on the edge of the seat, requiring stitches. The doctor who was called to... more
