Newly renovated rooms, clean mattress, clean comfort rooms hot and cold shower, brandnew 32 inches lcd cable tv, friendly staff and security, 8 mins walk from ayala mall, near hiways so you can easily get a cab. Overall, im satisfied.

I will write a better review when I have the time, but to all of those who are planning to stay here even just for a night, please don't even consider it. There are better hotels of the same price around the area. Or you can even find hotels of better service and quality for more than half the price.... More

Rooms are clean, beds are very old and hard, staff are not helpfull, the area is like a slum and stinks bad, i came back to the hotel late a number of time to find the security guard asleep, gun in hand, the girls i was with had told be some bad stories about this palce

Yes the beds may be pushed together but the sheets are clean and there is a new 42 inch TV and cable box. The CR (bathroom) was roomy and the overhead shower had hot water. The AC was not that noisy. Price for the room wasn't that bad, better than others. If you want to pay 3 to 4 times... More

early 2010.... Hotel name sounds royal, but better no to go to this hotel, noisy aircon, bed is dirty literally. As I pull up the cover-bed sheets and foam, I found something funny. :-) Try some other place to stay, something new and clean. The place needs major reconstruction.

Booked on Agoda for $31 a night. Still not worth it! We had rooms 409 and 202 and both have the same issues. He's the only reason I can say something positive about this hotel. He's very customer-oriented and when I tried giving him a tip, he did his hardest not to accept because he only wanted to serve but I insisted. And he had a good smile :) Sigh. The room was so-so.
