This so called hotel is still under construction. Upon arrival to your room you're advised in writing of a number of construction related activities that will impact your stay. The problem with booking accommodation online is of course hoping what you pay for matches the photo on arrival, and looking at the photos on their website and comparing them to the very low rate made it hard to believe.
