Words cannot describe this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect and for a small cost we had access to the Ritz-Carlton Club on the 32nd floor where the food and drink were exceptional. Loved the room and the service! The room was spacious and had a full view of the Marina Bay area, which was really beautiful at night. Overall, the service is professional, but impersonal - perhaps difficult to achieve in such a large hotel.
