i stayed there for 40sgd a night. quite reasonable considering there is a free breakfast (usual stuff: coffee/tea/juice/bread/cereal/milk), free laundry,free internet, books and magazines to read on. the room is quite a hike because there were 2 narrow flight of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage you'll have a bit of a difficulty. bed is nice and cozy. the toilet and bathroom gets a bit messy at night because its a communal place, other guests just leave their toiletries on the sink. the MAJOR advantage of this place is the location, its just a train or a walk away to everything you'll ever want to do in singapore. BUT getting to the hostel for the FIRST time is a bit tricky. TIP: when you get out of the mrt station, just TURN right and walk straight up, don't cross the street until you see the habitat hostel sign or else you are in big trouble.hehe. more
