I was surprised to find mould in the shower recess in such a new and luxuriously appointed hotel. Also the bathroom mirror was poorly cleaned, and my overall impression was that the room was just passably clean. Staff perhaps require more time to fully clean rooms to a standard comparable to that of hotels of a similar calibre.
