The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded us to a superior room which was compact but very clean and stylish. It's a good hotel for the basics of travel - location, pool etc but it just seemed boring! We had a great stay at the Rendezvous Hotel. The hotel staffs are accommodating to our concerns although we are early for the designated check in. We availed the superior room of the hotel and it really exceeds our expectation. But you must bring some toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste since they don’t include that for the superior room accommodation.... more
