hotel is on the main commercial and business hub of singapore. hotel has all amenities of five star. two towers tall stand on orchard road. rooms and bathrooms are in bigger size. very clean and nice looks make it great. staff always meet with smile and very cooperative. mrt station is on walking distance. value for money hotel. the restaurant... more

Good hotel, excellent location on Orchard road although can get a little busy. Swimming pool and area in need of updating. Staff courteous, the only down side is the speed of service now matter how much you do to prepare they take forever to check you in and out so leave at least 20 / 30 min to check out. more

The Meritus was on renovation during our stay. Had to go through a long hallway to go to the other building. Construction noise was heard even late at night and wee hours in the morning. The Meritus Mandarin is centrally located along Orchard Road. The lobby is quite busy but you get attended to quickly. Receptionists were attentive - they made sure everyone was attended to at the soonest possible moment.
