Stayed in Oct 08 with my husband, who was on a business trip in Singapore. The hotel is at an envious location in the heart of CBD, so that makes it all the more close to scrutiny in terms of service. STS has so much potential to become THE hotel, but sadly nothing has changed. Can you imagine Club rooms with obsolete 14" LCD tvs? Maybe 15". Let's not even talk about the cheaper rooms.
