Spent three nights at the hotel. Arriving very early (having to get off a cruise ship after an early breakfast) we were told our room wasn't ready, but for an extra $30 we could have an upgrade. The location of the hotel is superb. 30 minutes drive from the airport and close to the business districts and shopping. It is also accessible and linked to the subway. Service is average and the rooms are dated. Expensive Internet charge and would probably try the mandarin oriental the next time round. More
