We used the MRT to travel from the airport to the hotel. We found the rooms quite comfortable. The food at breakfast was not very appertising, but adequate. Internet access $S 5 per half hour. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to some of the finest shopping malls, restaurant and tourist attractions. However the hospitality is not up to the mark when compared to the hotels in India, no personal touch. At times we found the staff rude. more

Stayed for 4 nights in May. For the price we paid I thought we would have been in a deluxe room, but not so. We were shown to our standard room which was dull, chipped and scratched furniture, stained carpet, cracked and chipped tiles in bathroom and ?? mould growing in places.
