Stayed in a Premier Club room for three nights. Although the room was good, clean and comfortable with a very spacious bathroom, our view was non existant, enclosed, with only views of the windows of other hotel rooms and just above the service units. Very central, clean, comfy bed. Staff very accommodating, my flight wasn't until 9pm so they extended my check out until 6 at no extra cost. Plenty of places to eat nearby the hotel. Internet crazy expensive in room but free in the lobby. Other than that, happy.

We checked into a room that had no working phone, and the drains were extremely slow to empty, upon complaining twice we were upgraded to a room that was very nice, king bed, separate shower and bath very. Roomy. If we had remained in first room would give two star. Bit light on tea and coffee in room.

The hotel is perfectly located if one wants to minimize travel time to and from the traditional sight seeing places. Things function well and the staff is kind and professional.
