Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, better than I expected from the chain. Good facilities in the rooms and helpful staff. Let down by the queues for breakfast as there weren't enough covers for the size of the hotel, and too few lifts. Would stay again though.

We made a trip to Singapore in April 2013 with our children aged 12 and 7. The great thing about this property is that it is family-friendly. You get two double beds in a single room. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and I have to say it was perfect choice for family with small children. Price / quality ratio was good(in Singapore scale). Breakfast was nice and there was also separate children section with plastic cups and plates. Location was good, right in the shopping area.
